If SwetyEditor does not work for you, email support@swetytools.com within 14 days of buying, with the email you ordered with, and we will refund you in full. Telling us what went wrong helps us fix it, but you do not have to.

After 14 days

We will look at refunds case by case, particularly if a tool is broken and we cannot fix it.

Tools and bundles

Single tools, Starter and Completely Swety are refunded the same way. A refund ends the licence for whatever was refunded. The early-adopter price is not held after a refund, so buying again later may cost the price at that time.

How you get the money

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, and can take several business days to appear.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first. A chargeback without contacting us may lead to the licence being switched off.

Your local rights

Rights you have under your local consumer law, such as a cooling-off period in the UK or EU, are not affected by this policy.
