Terms of Use

These terms apply between you and SwetyTools ("we") for SwetyEditor, a panel for Adobe Premiere Pro ("the Software"), and for swetytools.com. Last updated 3 November 2026.

An independent product

SwetyEditor is not made, endorsed or supported by Adobe. "Adobe" and "Premiere Pro" are trademarks of Adobe Inc. You need your own valid Premiere Pro licence.

Early access

The Software is in early access. It edits your sequences and can make mistakes. It saves a backup sequence before most editing actions, but you are responsible for keeping your own backups of projects and media. Try a tool on a copy of your project the first time.

Your licence

After you buy, we give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the tools you bought on up to 2 of your own computers, for any lawful editing work, including paid client work. The licence cannot be transferred to someone else.

Fixes and updates within version 1.x are included. A future major version may cost extra. Tools added later are included with Completely Swety.

What you may not do

Share or resell your licence key; remove or get around the licence checks; resell or redistribute the Software; or claim it as your own.

Payment and refunds

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record, and their terms apply to the payment. There is no free trial. Our refund policy is on the Refunds page.

Your content

You keep all rights to your projects, media and outputs. We claim none of them. You are responsible for the content you process, and for the terms of any outside service you choose to use with the Software (AI providers, GIPHY, Pexels, YouTube and similar). Using content you do not have the right to use is your responsibility.

No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without any warranty, including fitness for a particular purpose. It may stop working when Adobe changes Premiere Pro. We will try to fix problems, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or a support response time.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost projects, lost income or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the Software in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights where you live are not affected.

Ending

We may end a licence if these terms are broken. You may stop using the Software at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Using the Software after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be noted in the changelog.
